We aim to continuously develop our collections and services in ways you will find useful and easy to access. To help us in this task we provide a series of ways in which you can ‘have your say’ about our collections and services:
Recommend a Resource– you can use this form to recommend a book, eBook or DVD you want to see included in our collections.
Subscriptions Review– each year we run a review of all of our subscriptions and invite you to recommend new journals, eJournals, databases, research tools and collections of resources you want to see included in our collections (the review will be advertised via the Library website, the Library news ‘blog’ and the University’s email accounts.
User Surveys– every two years we conduct an online survey of all Library users (the latest review was in 2015)
AskUs– the FAQ service allows you to post questions to the Library about how to use the services and collections. We use this information to understand how you would like us to improve the services and collections
Feedback (Comments, Ideas, Suggestions) - You can send your feedback to a one of our Libraries, a specific staff member or directly to the University Librarian. All feedback will be responded to provided it includes a return email address.
