University Library Client Survey - September 2015

The Library thanks the 971 people who took the time to respond to the survey. 

The survey is a key way that helps us to identify what services and resources are most important to you and what you would like to see us improve. 

Our overall score in the survey was 80.5 which exceed our 2011 and 2013 results and exceeded the median score from the 38 university who used the survey.

Information resources

  • Upgraded FiNDit to version 2.0 (2014)
  • Subscription to additional eJournal subscriptions (2014 & 2015)
  • Addition of significant number of new EBL and Ebrary eBook titles  (2014 & 2015)
  • Addition of JSTOR eBooks (2015)
  • Addition of new online video collections (2014 & 2015)
  • Annual review to recommend subscription resources such as databases and journals (2014 & 2015)

Laptop Facilities
