Support

The University's Access and Inclusion office coordinates support for students with a disability, injury, medical condition, mental health condition or learning difficulty. We strongly encourage students to contact an Access and Inclusion advisor to explore alternative avenues through which the University can tailor support specific to your needs. 

The University of Notre Dame Libraries are committed to ensuring all students have equitable access to the resources and services provided. Our team is dedicated to assisting you to facilitate this access, if you need any help or advice please reach our to your campus library. 

The Library can often offer specialised services and assistance to students with a disability or medical condition that affects their studies. These services may include:

  • Individual library tours
  • Assistance with using library resources both online and in print
  • Assistance with retrieving library items
  • Assistance with photocopying and enlarging print on devices
  • Interlibrary loans
  • Postal loan delivery
  • Extended loan periods
  • Ergonomic furniture

Success Now Workshops

Each semester, the Library and Student Success offer workshops to help students improve the various skills required in their academic journey. These workshops include effective searching skills, referencing skills, essay writing and research skills.

Group Study Rooms

Fremantle and Sydney campus libraries have bookable group study rooms. Several of these rooms are equipped with large screen monitors compatible with personal computers.
