Desktop software identified as 'Standard Operating Environment' will normally already be installed on your PC. If this is not the case, you can submit a Help Desk Request to have it installed.
Desktop software identified as 'License required' cannot be installed on your PC without purchase of an license. If UNDA already has a license agreement then you may be able to purchase an additional license, but this will need to be allocated in your school/department budget. In most cases this will require approval of the Dean/Director. If UNDA does not have a license agreement, then a formal business case may be required. A business case template can be obtained from IT. Any license agreement to purchase software will need to be approved by Legal.
