Australian medicines information resource designed to help healthcare professionals make confident clinical decisions, providing access to latest drug monographs, pharmaceutical company product information, consumer medicine information documents, product summaries and drug product images.
Access to AusDI requires the user to register a personal account for use with their mobile devices. Users must register using a desktop PC or laptop, not a phone/iPad/tablet.
Please Note: A personal account is not required for desktop access.
Register an AusDI personal account (free)
- Log into AusDI using the Library Databases ‘access now’ link, with your Notre Dame credentials.
- Click on the login to personalise link (top right corner) and then click Are you an institutional user? Register for access.
- Use your Notre Dame email address to register a personal account. Fill out all the fields in the form, and click Register when complete.
- Once registered, you will receive an account activation email. Click on the Activate my Registration link in the email to finalise your account registration.
Use the personal account credentials you created to login to AusDI on your mobile device, or to access the personalised login features on your desktop PC or laptop.
**When creating a personal account, please note**
- - Use your Notre Dame email address as your username, choosing one consistent format only.
Student example: studentnumber@my.nd.edu.au or firstname.lastname@my.nd.edu.au
Staff example: staffnumber@nd.edu.au or firstname.lastname@nd.edu.au
You must use the same email format every time you log in. - - Password must be 20 characters or less. Longer passwords may be accepted during setup but will prevent login.
- - Mac users: use a browser other than Safari
- - If you still encounter problems, please try an incognito/private browser.
Renewing your account
AusDI requires already registered users to renew their account once a year (before 23 October)
- Log into AusDI using the Library Databases ‘access now’ link.
- Click on the login to personalise link (top right corner) and login to your personal AusDI account (using your Notre Dame email address)
- Click on the My Account link
- Click on the Update Password button. You must change your password.
If your account has expired (after 23 October), you will need to recomplete the account registration steps using your Notre Dame email address (see above).
