Problem Reported:

Samsung users - known issue with Therapeutic Guidelines app

There is a known issue with Samsung users running Android version 13 or lower who have Samsung internet set as their default browser.

These users will need to change their default mobile browser to a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome) to be able to follow the process to enter the access key in the mobile app.

Therapeutic Guidelines is working on fixing this issue.

The Therapeutic Guidelines (eTG) App is available for online and offline use, ideal for accessing vital information at the point of care. 

If your mobile device is connected to University wifi, you will be granted automatic access when you open the Therapeutic Guidelines app.
