Try subject keyword searches in FiNDit and limit your search results to your required multimedia format using the Resource Type option on the left of the screen (you may need to click the more... link to reveal the full list). Options include Audio, Images and Videos. Check the Subject Guides for shortlists of those multimedia databases which are most relevant for your subject area.

The Library has a number of DVDs and CDs available for you to borrow. All videorecordings and software can be found through FiNDit. To find a DVD, conduct a title search for the name of the programme (e.g. Hot Docs) and limit your search to Videos using the Resource Type option on the left of the screen (you may need to click the more... link to reveal this option). Please note that libraries no longer provide equipment to allow you to watch DVDs.

Kanopy titles are purchased on demand by the Library so staff/students may be asked to provide course details before a video is added to the collection. Please check if the title you wish to view is available via EduTv before you make a request.
Contains hundreds of theatre videos, plays and documentaries of the world’s most important plays. The collection covers a wide range of 20th century theatre history. Interviews with directors, designers, writers, and actors, along with excerpts of live performances deliver an authentic, behind-the-scenes look at hundreds of productions.
