Native Title Representative Bodies (NTRBs) and Native Title Service Providers (NTSPs) assist Indigenous people with all aspects of their native title claims. In some cases they also provides services related to Cultural Heritage and Land Management. NTRBs are appointed under the Native Title Act 1993 and NTSPs are not appointed but may receive funding by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet to cover a region in Australia.
