Remote Students

 Copy Delivery Service

Eligible remote students can request photocopies or scans of materials that are required for their studies.

We can photocopy a portion of a publication within the limits imposed by the Copyright Act:

10% of the total number of pages, or one chapter if the work is broken up into chapters;
OR
One article - or more if they concern the same topic - from a specific journal issue


The material is scanned and delivered to you by email, as an attachment.

Understanding Copyright

The Commonwealth Copyright Act (1968) provides the legislative framework for the copying and communication of print, electronic, and audio-visual material at the University of Notre Dame Australia. The provisions of the act apply to the research and teaching activities of both staff and students.
