Referencing Guide
There are four authorised referencing styles used by the University of Notre Dame Australia:
American Psychological Association (APA) - this is the standard Author-Date referencing style, and is used by all Schools that do not have special requirements met by the other styles.
American Medical Association (AMA) Vancouver - this is a numbered referencing style, and is used primarily by the School of Medicine and other Health disciplines.
Chicago Manual of Style - Notes & Bibliography (Chicago Footnotes) - this is the standard footnote referencing style, and is used by the School of Philosophy & Theology and some Arts disciplines.
Australian Guide to Legal Citation (AGLC) - this is used by the School of Law.
