Reading Lists: Guide for Academic Staff

Ask the Library to create your list

Library staff are available to create your Leganto reading list for you, including adding your resources and any edits throughout the semester.

All we require from you, is:

  1. Submit your request in Blackboard at least 3 weeks before the required study period.
  2. Make sure to include a clear list of the required resources in your uploaded document. (The Library suggests a maximum of 30 resources, to allow for faster processing times).
  3. Once your list is complete, library staff will contact you to review your list.
  4. Throughout the semester, you can either edit the list yourself if anything changes, or you can let library staff know you would like assistance by coming back and resubmitting this form.
If you have already created a list, or a previous one has been rolled over for you, you will not need to create a new one. Go straight to Editing an existing list or Add resources to a list

Login to Blackboard

  1. Go to the relevant course in Blackboard.
  2. In the lefthand menu, look for the section My Learning and the link Reading List (Leganto).
  3. Click the link to get to the Leganto dashboard, embedded within Blackboard.
