LAWS3002 - Administrative law
Administrative law is concerned with the operation of government and the principles of sound public administration and decision-making. It includes Parliament, the Executive, statutory tribunals and semi-governmental organisations. The course covers major aspects of both Merits Review and Judicial Review at the Commonwealth and State level and the growth of public enquiries.
